Houston Texans Lose in Wake of Controversy
The Houston Texans traveled to Seattle to take on the Seahawks Sunday. The Texans linked arms and kneeled during the national anthem in reaction to their owner Bob McNair's comments about NFL players being inmates running the prison. The Seahawks would go on to win this contest in a shootout fashion as they won 41-38. Both teams racked up over 450 yards of offense and scored a combined nine touchdowns. This game bumped the Texans down to (3-4) on the year while the Seahawks bolstered up to a (5-2) record. The crucial stats of the game were turnovers, the Texans had three (two of which the Seahawks scored on) and the Seahawks only had one.
