Week 5: Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers

Sunday evening the Dallas Cowboys squared off against the Green Bay Packers at home in Arlington. The Cowboys controlled the game through the first half yet again just like last week,  but gave up the lead on the last possession of the game to lose 35-31.  Aaron Rodgers who is known for his late game heroics adds another one to his resume as he threw two fourth quarter touchdowns including one in the final seconds of the game to take the lead.  The Cowboys still had a productive day on offense as they came away with 245 passing yards, 163 rushing yards, and dominated possession time with 35 minutes.  It was the defense that proved to be the weakest link as they squandered the 15 point lead.  The key players were 1) Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay QB) who 221 yards and three touchdowns,  2) Ezekiel Elliot (DAL RB) who rushed for 116 yards on 29 carries, and 3) Aaron Jones (Green Bay RB) who rushed for 125 yards on 19 carries with a touchdown.  This win moves Green Bay to (4-1) on the year and slides Dallas to (2-3).  Dallas will look to improve at practice this coming week as they have a bye, while Green Bay will look to build on this win as next week they travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings.
