Week 3: Houston Texans vs. New England Patriots
Sunday night the Houston Texans traveled to Foxboro to play the New England Patriots. The Texans played well but still came out defeated 36-33. The Texans threw for 292 yards and rushed for 125 while only scoring two offensive touchdowns. Their defense played well against the run allowing the Patriots to rush for only 57 yards and no touchdowns and scoring a fumble recovery touchdown. The Patriots still found ways to score even with the Texans shutting down their rushing attack. They produced behind Tom Brady who threw for 378 yards and five touchdowns. This win for the Patriots brings them to (2-1) on the season, while the Texans drop to (1-2).
